I have been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2011. I received mental health post-doctorate certificate in August of 2021 at Brandman University.

- Dr. Owusu-Mensah is a doctoral-prepared and board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner who strives to provide compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered care to all of her patients. She really embarks on our mission and goal statement.

My name is Josephine Simpson, I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner that graduated from Wilkes University in Pennsylvania and Family Nurse Practitioner that graduated from Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey. I have been in nursing for approximately 30 years. I love what I do, and I would love to assist you in feeling better. I believe including you in the decision making and planning of your care is the best way to assist you. I have always treated those I care for the way I would want others to care for my family members in my absences.
